Life360 is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager 2 to lead complex, cross-functional projects from inception to launch, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and efficient execution. You'll work hands-on with engineering, product, marketing, and design teams to define and execute the product roadmap.
What You'll Do
- Lead complex, cross-functional programs that involve multiple teams and departments.
- Ensure projects align with overarching objectives and key results.
- Work in close collaboration with engineering teams to identify and solve technical problems and influence technical decisions.
- Manage project schedules, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Make informed decisions about technical trade-offs.
- Identify and resolve complex technical and organizational challenges.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects.
- Deep understanding of relevant technologies, ability to make informed technical decisions and influence system designs and roadmaps.
- Ability to motivate and influence teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to understand and break down complex, multifaceted programs and projects into manageable pieces, organize cross-functionally and drive execution.
- Experience with program management tools and methods.
- Experience working as part of a team, using analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and follow industry trends.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and starting from scratch.

- Compensation: US: $125,500 to $187,000 USD; Canada: $145,500 to $173,500 CAD + equity.
