Dr. Ansay is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager (m/f/d) – Platform & Workflow Orchestration to take full ownership of our horizontal orchestration layer. You will evolve this established, mission-critical platform with a clear focus on reliability, performance, scalability, and economic efficiency. We are building digital health services that simplify access to care and create real impact for patients.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the vision, roadmap, and priorities for the workflow orchestration platform as a horizontal product layer.
- Design and evolve end-to-end workflows that coordinate multiple services, including identity, data capture, decision logic, payments, fulfillment, and communication.
- Own platform APIs, service contracts, and orchestration logic, including state management, rule engines, and exception handling.
- Partner closely with Engineering to shape system architecture, service boundaries, and long-term platform scalability.
- Establish and own platform KPIs such as workflow completion rates, error and retry rates, latency, operational cost, and cross-service conversion.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and external partners for initiatives that impact multiple domains.
- Manage dependencies and trade-offs between domain teams while protecting platform integrity and long-term maintainability.
- Ensure workflows are observable, testable, and auditable, particularly in regulated and revenue-critical processes.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience as a Senior or Technical Product Manager owning complex, backend-heavy, or platform products.
- Proven experience owning horizontal initiatives that span multiple services, teams, or product domains.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, asynchronous workflows, and stateful process orchestration.
- Track record of owning KPIs in live, revenue-generating systems, including reliability, conversion, and operational efficiency.
- Ability to work effectively with senior engineers and architects on system design and technical trade-offs.
- Structured, systems-oriented mindset with high ownership and comfort operating in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Excellent English communication skills.
