Responsibilities
- Focus intensely on uncovering the root problem and fundamental motivation before initiating development efforts
- Drive major, multifaceted initiatives from initial concept through execution, launch, and performance evaluation
- Apply systems thinking to align incremental product decisions with long-term strategic goals and roadmap sequencing
- Leverage data and user research to question assumptions and guide decision-making, not just confirm existing strategies
- Engage directly with users through interviews and field visits to uncover opportunities for significant customer value
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to resolve product and technical challenges daily
- Increase velocity of delivery while upholding strong standards for quality, judgment, and sustainable product evolution
- Support fellow product managers by refining their problem-solving approaches through mentorship and joint problem definition
