Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a clear product vision and strategic roadmap for key components of a manufacturing software ecosystem, ensuring alignment with market demands and organizational priorities.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to convert complex manufacturing workflows into detailed, actionable technical specifications, using software engineering expertise to ensure feasibility.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination among engineering, design, customer success, and sales teams to maintain alignment throughout the product lifecycle, from concept through post-launch evaluation.
  • Use data-driven insights from user behavior and competitive analysis to guide product decisions, test hypotheses, and develop high-impact initiatives.
  • Oversee the full product development cycle, including backlog management, sprint planning, and validation through acceptance testing.
