Element is looking for a Senior Technical Engineer to provide expert technical support for our cloud and on-premise customers. What You'll Do
- Provide technical support for cloud and on-premise customers.
- Participate in customer calls to analyze installation and operational problems.
- Reproduce technical errors in test environments.
- Work closely with product and developer teams as the voice of our customers.
- Pass on customer feedback to improve our products.
What We're Looking For
- Very good German and English language skills (minimum C1).
- Experience with Linux.
- Understanding of web technologies and client-server architecture.
- High willingness to learn and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new technical topics.
Nice to Have
- Scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or Rust.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible, and SQL.
- Experience with Matrix, open source projects, or remote teams.
