Salesforce, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Architect to join our team. In this role, you will analyze complex data processing problems across science, engineering, and business domains to develop and implement technical solutions. You will be responsible for systems management, leading internal growth initiatives, and guiding customers on emerging technologies that drive business value.
What You'll Do
- Analyze complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns to develop and implement solutions.
- Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review system capabilities and workflow.
- Identify and lead internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice and contribute to the community’s knowledge base.
- Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies.
- Work collaboratively and teach complex concepts with creative, prescriptive thinking.
- Identify and proactively manage risk areas through to complete resolution.
- Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex problems with customers and third-party partners.
- Review and correct project direction and key artifacts to keep programs on track with maintainable solutions.
- Work closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions.
- Contribute to program vision and advise on strategies for enabling technologies including the Salesforce Platform.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of relevant experience.
- OR Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in: Apex Data Loader; Import Wizard; SFDC Data Export; Salesforce Inspector; Salesforce Certified Administrator; Salesforce Certified Application Architect; Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer; Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer; Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II; and Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer.
