Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hiring for engineering and technical teams
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments
- Manage candidate pipelines using an applicant tracking system
- Coordinate interviews and provide scheduling support
- Evaluate technical resumes and assess background fit
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
- Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Provide feedback to applicants in a timely manner
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding logistics
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Stay current on technical roles and industry hiring trends
- Represent the company at recruitment events or career fairs
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
