Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for positions in Engineering, Product Management, and Design.
- Create and execute sourcing strategies to engage top-tier technical and product talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role criteria and evaluate candidate alignment.
- Actively identify and engage potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, building a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Perform structured interviews and facilitate evaluation meetings to assess technical competence, functional expertise, and cultural contribution.
- Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and methodologies in recruitment, talent acquisition, and direct sourcing.
