Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing for current job openings
- Monitor industry and market developments relevant to the assigned business area and develop strategic responses to emerging opportunities
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to design and execute recruitment strategies for active roles
- Leverage data analysis and market research to inform and optimize hiring approaches
- Organize and lead post-interview debrief sessions with hiring teams to assess candidate suitability
- Deliver regular reporting to HR leadership, including performance metrics, process challenges, and improvement recommendations
- Identify and support training initiatives to enhance recruiting team capabilities in line with organizational and industry standards
- Use digital tools, search platforms, and software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to manage and advance recruitment activities
- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and potential talent through proactive networking
- Lead high-level recruitment initiatives, including process discovery and implementation, as needed
- Collaborate with recruitment leadership on the selection and onboarding of new recruiting team members
