Copeland is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and execute talent acquisition strategies for our Thailand plant and the broader Southeast Asia & Australia/New Zealand (SEA & ANZ) region. You will attract and recruit outstanding talent to meet the organization's evolving needs and support sustainable business growth.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business units to understand recruitment needs and develop regional strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and labor conditions in Thailand and the SEA & ANZ region to adjust strategies and advise hiring managers.
- Utilize various channels and sourcing methods to identify potential candidates who meet job requirements.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to provide high-quality referrals.
- Negotiate job offers with successful candidates and resolve potential issues during the negotiation process.
- Establish and maintain a regional talent pool, regularly updating and categorizing candidate information for future needs.
- Maintain positive relationships with candidates, provide regular feedback, and enhance the candidate experience.
- Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to promote Copeland's employer brand.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience in Thailand within a multinational or regional organization.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for similar roles and managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, JobDB, Indeed, and social media platforms.
- Strong interview and assessment skills to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday and other HR software tools.
- Fluent in English and Thai, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, handle pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling candidate and employee information.
- Willingness to travel within Thailand as needed for recruitment activities.
