TensorOps is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a critical role in building the teams that power our growth. You'll be more than a recruiter—you’ll be a true talent business partner, owning the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments and working closely with hiring managers to ensure hiring strategies align with our broader business goals.
What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers—supporting workforce planning, hiring strategy, role scoping, and market insights.
- Coach and empower hiring managers on interview best practices, structured assessments, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Build targeted, creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and strategic roles, including proactive talent mapping and succession planning.
- Own recruitment metrics and dashboards; use insights to improve time-to-hire, funnel conversion, and quality-of-hire.
- Improve and scale recruitment workflows, systems (we use Greenhouse), and tools to support efficient hiring.
- Partner with People and Marketing to refine and amplify our employer brand across campaigns, events, and key candidate touchpoints.
- Align hiring plans with business objectives and influence decisions at the leadership level.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on scaling in fast-paced SaaS, tech, ecommerce, or startup environments.
- Proven track record of owning senior-level or complex hiring processes end-to-end.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, especially for niche or competitive talent markets.
- Consultative approach and ability to build strong partnerships with hiring teams.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with recruitment metrics and tools.
- Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.
- Passion for improving the candidate experience and recruitment processes.
Nice to Have
- Experience in employer branding and EVP initiatives is a strong plus.
