n8n is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager GTM to help scale our team and elevate our hiring standards. You will join a 6-person talent team as a trusted partner to hiring managers, owning recruitment across go-to-market, operations, and business functions while shaping the future of our product-led company.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on go-to-market and operations roles.
- Develop tailored hiring strategies to meet the unique needs of each role.
- Expand n8n’s presence in the competitive European and UK talent markets.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles.
- Provide market intelligence, including compensation trends, to inform hiring decisions.
- Facilitate structured hiring processes to ensure high-quality and unbiased evaluations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through innovative sourcing methods.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine sourcing channels and improve pipeline quality.
- Cultivate relationships with top-tier candidates for current and future roles.
- Ensure every candidate interaction reflects n8n's culture and values.
- Provide timely and transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Act as an ambassador for n8n, showcasing our mission and growth story.
- Enhance and document recruitment workflows for scalability and efficiency.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
What We're Looking For
- You are based in Europe and have deep knowledge of the European startup talent market.
- Over 4 years of experience as an in-house recruiter, hiring for rapidly scaling tech startups.
- Over 2 years of experience recruiting for remote-first companies in Europe.
- Expertise in hiring for sales, marketing, and operations roles, with a demonstrable history of high-quality hires.
- A proven track record of partnering with hiring managers as a strategic advisor to refine role definitions, sourcing strategies, and hiring timelines.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with the Ashby applicant tracking system.
Team & Environment
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, joining an existing 6-person talent team.
