About the Role

The Boeing Company is hiring a Senior T-7A Aircrew Training Specialist to lead the design, development, and delivery of technical learning solutions for the T-7A aircraft. In this role, you will assess complex aircrew learning objectives and develop advanced training to meet operational requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, deliver, and conduct T-7A Redhawk customer training events via interactive courseware in electronic classrooms and simulator training devices.
  • Provide input for developing and modifying engineering data, flight manuals, training requirements, curriculum, schedules, and related documentation.
  • Serve as a training liaison with internal and external customers.
  • Oversee all phases of combat aircraft ground training delivery.
  • Evaluate technical design features to assist in developing fidelity requirements for flight training devices.
  • Perform and lead simulator and ground school instruction for various types of simulator training.
  • Interface with operational-level combat aircraft customers, test aircrews, and engineering teams.
  • Plan, develop, and complete complex testing of training devices to validate functionality.
  • Lead the evaluation of aircrew training effectiveness and customer feedback.
  • Advise on new aircrew technical training strategies, methods, technologies, and tools.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a high-performance fighter/attack pilot with roles such as Wingman, Element Lead, Flight Lead, Instructor Pilot, Weapons System Operator, Flight Examiner, Mission Commander, or Pilot in Command.
  • Experience in platform instruction.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally 15% of the time.

Nice to Have

  • Extensive experience with high-performance aircraft.
  • Air Education and Training Command (AETC) experience.
  • Introduction to Fighter Fundamentals, or other school-house level instruction background.
  • Recent fighter aircraft experience.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation range: $122,400 - $165,600.
  • Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities.
