Responsibilities
- Lead the development and review of structural engineering designs for buildings and infrastructure
- Conduct structural analyses using advanced modeling software
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on integrated project delivery
- Prepare and review engineering calculations and technical reports
- Support project management with scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
- Perform site inspections and construction oversight as needed
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients
- Develop and refine design documentation for construction
- Address structural challenges during construction phases
- Contribute to risk assessments and mitigation planning
