About the Role

This role involves leading structural engineering efforts on large-scale infrastructure projects, providing technical expertise, mentoring teams, and ensuring designs meet regulatory and client standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and review of structural engineering designs for buildings and infrastructure
  • Conduct structural analyses using advanced modeling software
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on integrated project delivery
  • Prepare and review engineering calculations and technical reports
  • Support project management with scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
  • Perform site inspections and construction oversight as needed
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients
  • Develop and refine design documentation for construction
  • Address structural challenges during construction phases
  • Contribute to risk assessments and mitigation planning
  • Ensure designs incorporate sustainability principles
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality control processes
  • Present technical findings to internal and external stakeholders
