Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and refinement of budgeting, forecasting, and triage strategies for Wireless Contra and Equipment Margin within the EPB division, using advanced statistical methods to enhance revenue and profitability
  • Act as the main liaison for Enterprise and Public Sector Wireless portfolios related to Contra and Equipment Margin, collaborating with senior leaders, Finance, and cross-functional groups to deliver data-informed decisions and measurable results
  • Define performance targets and track critical KPIs such as credit expenditure, device sales volume, and margin performance using real-time analytics and automated reporting tools
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of customer behavior, market dynamics, and new business opportunities, converting insights into strategic actions through clear visualizations and executive-level presentations
  • Uncover financial improvements by analyzing segment performance and applying automation, predictive analytics, and AI-driven insights
  • Foster strong partnerships across Wireless Marketing and other organizational units to align on strategic goals and financial outcomes
  • Support executive-level communications, including strategy sessions, board materials, and monthly financial reviews, by translating complex data into concise, compelling narratives
