Responsibilities

- Engage directly with clients to strengthen relationships and expand the reach of qualitative research and creative strategy offerings.
- Lead the design, facilitation, and management of high-value projects that enhance client engagement and trust.
- Conduct hands-on qualitative research using a range of methodologies to deliver actionable insights.
- Contribute strategic leadership to develop tools in key areas such as segmentation, product innovation, design, and communication strategies.
