QuillBot is looking for a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to amplify our reach and adoption within universities and public libraries. You will drive transformational value through impactful collaborations that support our scaling efforts.
What You'll Do
- Execute a comprehensive partnership strategy targeting universities and public libraries in the US and Europe to achieve user acquisition and growth goals.
- Source, establish, and manage strategic relationships with academic institutions, library networks, consortia, educational distributors, and other relevant partners.
- Design and negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements, pilot programs, and collaborative initiatives that drive product exposure and traction across educational institutes and enterprises.
- Implement a backlinks strategy designed to boost the company’s SEO and GEO, in sync with the SEO team.
- Analyze industry trends and the competitive landscape to guide market entry and growth tactics.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis, benchmarking our offerings and positioning against key players and emerging entrants in the AI writing space.
- Monitor SEO, content, and generative engine trends, ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry innovation and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to build and deliver co-branded campaigns, engagement initiatives, and onboarding programs.
- Monitor partnership performance, analyze KPIs, and continuously optimize partnership activities for enhanced engagement and ROI.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships in SaaS, AI, or related edtech sectors.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships within the education and/or public sector, ideally with universities and public libraries (B2B and B2C).
- Strong network and expertise with US and European institutional clients and familiarity with their operational models and decision-making structures.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Backlink acquisition/off-page SEO experience is a must.
- Results-driven self-starter, comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
