Responsibilities
- Work closely with energy teams in commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities to identify, evaluate, and implement energy efficiency initiatives.
- Support one or multiple clients, providing guidance through both group workshops and one-on-one coaching.
- Help organizations apply continuous improvement principles to their energy management practices.
- Motivate and coach plant/facility management and teams.
- Guide the development of overall continuous improvement plans.
- Facilitate training workshops and other one-on-one events.
- Analyze performance of industrial processes using monitoring equipment and statistical analysis.
- Write reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Assist site walk-throughs to identify energy savings opportunities.
- Develop site improvement plans.
