CLEAResult Consulting Inc. is hiring a Senior Strategic Energy Management (SEM) Coach to work directly with energy teams at commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. You will help clients identify, evaluate, and implement energy efficiency projects through continuous improvement principles, providing both group workshops and one-on-one coaching.
What You'll Do
- Motivate and coach plant/facility management and their operational teams.
- Guide the development of overall continuous improvement plans for energy management.
- Facilitate training workshops and other one-on-one coaching events.
- Analyze the performance of industrial processes using monitoring equipment and statistical analysis.
- Write detailed reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Assist with site walk-throughs to identify energy savings opportunities.
- Develop site-specific improvement plans.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in energy management, sustainability, or utility programs.
- Direct, hands-on experience with energy efficiency in commercial, industrial, or institutional settings.
- Background in coaching, team facilitation, or change management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
- Fluent in both English and French.
Nice to Have
- Experience with change management frameworks, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Certified Energy Manager designation.
