Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain IBM TSM / Storage Protect infrastructure across 10 servers
- Guarantee reliable data backups, recovery processes, retention compliance, and system stability
- Diagnose and resolve storage-related incidents, execute data restorations, and keep documentation up to date
- Suggest enhancements, operational procedures, and adherence to industry best practices
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Database Administration, and Security teams on integrated solutions
- Participate in an on-call rotation schedule aligned with Central European Time
Work Arrangement
Hybrid work with 2 to 3 days per week in the office

- On-call duty required
- Work location: Lisbon, with hybrid model requiring presence in office 2–3 days weekly
