Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and full-stack implementation of customer-facing features from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to prototype and deliver scalable product functionality.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with engineers, product stakeholders, customers, and external partners.
- Balance time across hands-on development (70%) and activities like requirement gathering, mentorship, and technical oversight (30%).
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of professional software engineering experience in the technology industry.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft .NET ecosystem, including C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs, along with SQL databases such as Microsoft SQL Server.
- Proficiency in modern web technologies including HTML5 and JavaScript.
- Demonstrated ability to understand user needs and advocate for intuitive, user-centered product experiences.
- Proven skill in identifying system gaps and driving improvements proactively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, especially in technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Knockout.js is considered advantageous.
