Aspire, a ServiceTitan company, is hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join the engineering team improving existing products and building new ones. You will lead major feature development in our rapidly growing startup environment.
What You'll Do
- Architect, design, and implement user-facing features end-to-end.
- Work with product managers, designers, and engineers to prototype and implement product features.
- Communicate effectively with other engineers, product managers, customers, and partners.
- Balance your time with a focus on 70% development and 30% working on requirements, mentorship, and supervision.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of industry experience.
- Expert-level knowledge of the Microsoft .NET technology stack (C# / .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs).
- Expert-level knowledge of SQL databases (Microsoft SQL Server or any other).
- Expert-level knowledge of HTML5 and JavaScript.
- Ability to empathize with our users and champion their experience.
- Ability to proactively identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React and Knockout.js.
