Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with engineering and product partners to explore and deliver roadmap initiatives without handoff delays
- Identify opportunities to enhance key interfaces and user flows, including minor usability issues encountered during product use
- Develop high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and visual designs to convey concepts and guide implementation
- Lead by example through constructive feedback and active participation in design critiques
- Contribute to the evolution and consistency of a lightweight design system
- Support the recruitment of talented designers who strengthen the team and product direction
