Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse II to provide leadership and comprehensive care within our Dialysis Clinic. This role is central to supporting the Nurse Manager and ensuring the clinic operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
What You'll Do
- Support the Nurse Manager and deputize in their absence to lead and manage the Dialysis Clinic.
- Assist in all aspects of management to achieve maximum efficiency and cost effectiveness while maintaining a safe, supportive environment for optimal patient care.
- Collaborate with all healthcare and allied professionals to achieve quality outcomes in the day-to-day management of dialysis patients.
- Assist the Nurse Manager in the professional development of clinic staff to ensure continuing education for the benefit of staff and patients.
- Work on special or ad hoc projects assigned by the head office.
Team & Environment
This role reports to and supports the Nurse Manager and deputizes in their absence.
Work Mode
This position requires onsite work at the Dialysis Clinic.
