Nagarro is looking for a Senior Staff Engineer - Senior Scrum Master to join our team. In this role, you will be a key facilitator and coach, driving Agile maturity and delivery for teams working within enterprise-scale SAFe Agile Release Trains (ARTs). You will operate within our dynamic, non-hierarchical work culture.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives for SAFe teams.
- Coach teams on Agile and SAFe principles, values, and engineering best practices.
- Support and enable multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
- Work closely with the Release Train Engineer (RTE), Product Owners, and Product Management.
- Ensure alignment between team objectives and ART/program goals.
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments at scale.
- Track, report, and communicate Agile metrics and progress to stakeholders.
- Support enterprise reporting using Agile tools and dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise Agile governance and compliance requirements.
- Mentor Product Owners on backlog refinement, story writing, and prioritization.
- Coach teams on self-organization, estimation techniques, and Agile practices.
- Proactively identify and address team dysfunctions.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven experience working within enterprise-level SAFe Agile Release Trains as a Scrum Master.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with the Release Train Engineer (RTE), Product Owners, and Product Management as part of a larger program structure.

This is a hybrid position based in Cherryville, NC 28021, United States.
