Lola Blankets is seeking a Vice President of Training & Development to own the strategy, execution, and evolution of organizational learning. In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for long-term strategy while actively co-creating content and facilitating training to pilot new programs.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a multi-year learning and development strategy aligned to business goals, growth plans, and cultural priorities.
- Design scalable leadership development pathways for frontline leaders, general managers, and corporate leaders.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify capability gaps and prioritize enterprise-wide development initiatives.
- Establish clear learning standards, governance models, and operating rhythms.
- Lead the design and implementation of high-impact learning programs including onboarding, sales training, leadership development, operational excellence, and technical capacity building.
- Personally facilitate and co-facilitate training sessions modeling best-in-class learning practices.
- Ensure all learning experiences are engaging, learner-centered, operationally relevant, and outcome-driven.
- Oversee curriculum development, instructional design quality, and content lifecycle management.
- Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing remote training team.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience developing and executing a multi-year L&D strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to design and scale leadership development programs for diverse leader levels.
- Expertise in partnering with executive leadership to diagnose organizational needs and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Strong track record in hands-on facilitation, instructional design, and content creation.
- Experience establishing learning governance, standards, and operational rhythms.
- Ability to lead program design and implementation across core functional areas including onboarding, sales, leadership, and operations.
- Experience building, coaching, and managing a high-performing, remote team.
Team & Environment
You will lead a fully remote national training team and report directly to the Chief People Officer.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates across the United States.
