Bluelight Consulting is hiring a Project Manager to lead client engagements from initiation to delivery. This remote position is open to professionals based in Latin America. You will be responsible for driving project success by coordinating teams, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Lead project teams to execute tasks on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations.
- Ensure deliverables meet established quality standards and client requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional project management experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
