About the Role

Kalibrate is hiring a Sr Manager, Account Management - National to identify and secure new opportunities across the national market by building trusted partnerships with public sector customers. This leadership role manages the full opportunity lifecycle and mentors a team while collaborating closely with Growth and Operations to scale our mission of enabling governments to assist their communities.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, track, and respond to new national market opportunities by leveraging and developing relationships.
  • Act as a trusted business partner to public sector customers.
  • Independently manage the opportunity lifecycle from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and close.
  • Mentor a diverse team to achieve collaborative wins.
  • Ensure prospect information is tracked and leads are generated.
  • Guide the team in creating pitch decks and proposals as a subject matter expert.
  • For inbound opportunities: identify how Kalibrate can administer newly funded programs and connect with key stakeholders.
  • For expansion opportunities: maintain close ties with existing customers, propose pilot programs, design playbooks, and facilitate handoff to Operations.
  • Hire, train, provide feedback, and mentor team members to support Account Management activities.
  • Support national Growth team conference attendance and customer site visits by coordinating meetings, planning events, and securing accommodations.
  • Achieve ambitious sales targets and collaborate closely with Growth and Operations teams.
  • Provide timely reporting to senior-level management on goals, metrics, and lessons learned.
  • Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to customers on running assistance programs at-scale.

Nice to Have

  • Public Sector or Non-Profit experience.
  • 10-15 years B2G sales and/or account management experience.
  • Salesforce experience.
