Aledade is looking for a Director, Performance Economics (Customer Retention) to own the retention of our client primary care practices in value-based care contracts. This role is critical for ensuring the stability and growth of our partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the single point of accountability for the retention of Aledade’s clients in value-based care contracts.
- Work closely with market leadership and other stakeholders to mitigate client churn through financial offerings, portfolio management, and account management.
- Develop and explore new, innovative programs to support client success and improve long-term retention.
Team & Environment
Works closely with market leadership (Regional Market Presidents) and other stakeholders.
