Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized SAP QM technical guidance through consistent daily or near-daily coordination sessions
- Rebuild and refine the entire inspection plan structure using QP01, establishing sustainable governance processes
- Create automated workflows for generating inspection plans via QI01, factoring in supplier data, supplier groups, revision stages, and material classifications
- Establish supplier group characteristics within SAP to ensure inspection logic and plan assignments are driven by supplier categorization
- Manage large-scale daily material updates, averaging 2050 entries, ensuring seamless onboarding of new materials into production environments
- Oversee the transition of NCR workflows from MTool to SAP, ensuring full auditability from defects to inspection lots and outcomes
- Implement automated supplier performance reporting by integrating SAP with Snowflake and Power BI, eliminating reliance on manual Excel tracking
- Assess and assist deployment of advanced quality management features, including quantitative inspections and statistical process control options, whether inside or outside SAP
- Partner with SAP Solution Architects to evaluate technical feasibility and support custom solution development when necessary
