Ryan is looking for a Senior Specialist, Team Member Insights to join our team. This remote role focuses on managing team member data integrity, supporting survey operations, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate thrives in spreadsheets, wrangles complex data, and turns survey insights into action.
What You'll Do
- Create a positive team member experience.
- Serve on cross-functional teams to execute Experience Management initiatives and projects.
- Actively contribute to the team’s performance and understand the team member journey.
- Monitor a survey technology platform to collect, centralize, and disseminate team member insights.
- Assist with deploying surveys that comply with industry best practices, including lifecycle, pulse, ad hoc, and always-on feedback.
- Audit and manage source lists and tickets to ensure data is updated and addressed promptly.
- Leverage strong project management skills and resolve daily issues.
- Handle and safeguard confidential information and sensitive material.
- Own the wrangling, auditing, and management of data from multiple sources.
- Ensure data cleanliness and consistency by working cross-functionally with internal partners.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and a strong desire to connect data points into meaningful insights.
- Manage our survey ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
- Dive into our survey platform (Qualtrics) to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize surveys.
- Identify and implement creative solutions to survey-related challenges.
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and automate data and survey processes.
- Document processes, workflows, and findings to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align on goals and deliverables.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with team members and partners.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, HR analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft® Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and internet navigation.
- Extensive experience using survey platforms such as Qualtrics, Glint, Medallia, SurveyMonkey, Peakon, or Perceptyx.
- Familiarity with survey platforms in general.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of Ryan’s technology stack and data systems.
- Capable of supporting system integrations and optimizing data processes through effective use of internal tools.
- A valid driver’s license.

- Strong preference for candidates with hands-on experience in Qualtrics.

- Salary varies by location: Denver, CO: $70,000 - $84,000; New York, NY: $80,000-$96,000; Bellevue, WA: $74,000-$88,000; Carlsbad, Glendale, Irvine, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Diego, CA: $74,000-$88,000; Oakland, San Jose, CA: $80,000-$96,000.
