About the Role

Nestlé is looking for a Senior Specialist, Change Management to play a vital role in supporting organizational change initiatives across the enterprise. As a member of the Transformation Team, you will contribute to the development and execution of strategies that ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks and impacts of change, and contribute to mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of change management strategies and plans for business transformation initiatives.
  • Design and deliver change management training programs and materials to equip employees with skills for adapting to change.
  • Support the development and implementation of communication plans for timely and effective stakeholder updates.
  • Create communication key messages and collateral to aid leaders in building understanding of the change.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders to build support and alignment for change initiatives.
  • Execute change impact assessments to identify areas of resistance and assist in developing strategies to address them.
  • Provide support and guidance to project teams and leaders on change management best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and provide recommendations for adjustments.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting change readiness and resilience across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in change management and proactively apply them.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, psychology, or a related field.
  • 4 or more years of proven experience in change management, preferably in a business transformation or organizational change context.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience developing communications strategies, key messages, communication plans, and communication collateral.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential barriers to change.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with cross-functional teams and leaders.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to contribute to the successful completion of change initiatives.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops or training sessions on change management topics.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with content development software (e.g., Articulate, video editing) is a plus.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
