Responsibilities
- Work alongside project teams to evaluate risks and effects of organizational change and help shape strategies to reduce negative outcomes.
- Assist in creating and carrying out change management strategies that support successful business transformation efforts.
- Help design and deliver training programs and resources focused on building employee adaptability and preparedness for change.
- Support the creation and rollout of communication plans to ensure clear, timely messaging about change initiatives to all stakeholders.
- Develop core messages and materials to help leaders explain key elements of change to their teams.
- Engage with key stakeholders to gain buy-in and alignment for change initiatives.
- Conduct assessments to understand the impact of change, identify potential resistance, and help develop responses through facilitated workshops.
- Advise project teams and leaders on effective change management methods and practices.
- Track and analyze the performance of change initiatives and suggest improvements as needed.
- Promote a culture ready for change by encouraging resilience and continuous learning across teams.
- Keep current with industry developments and proven approaches in change management and apply insights to improve outcomes.
