Nestlé is looking for a Senior Specialist, Change Management to play a vital role in supporting organizational change initiatives across the enterprise. As a member of the Transformation Team, you will contribute to the development and execution of strategies that ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks and impacts of change, and contribute to mitigation strategies.
Contribute to the development and execution of change management strategies and plans for business transformation initiatives.
Design and deliver change management training programs and materials to equip employees with skills for adapting to change.
Support the development and implementation of communication plans for timely and effective stakeholder updates.
Create communication key messages and collateral to aid leaders in building understanding of the change.
Identify and engage key stakeholders to build support and alignment for change initiatives.
Execute change impact assessments to identify areas of resistance and assist in developing strategies to address them.
Provide support and guidance to project teams and leaders on change management best practices.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and provide recommendations for adjustments.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting change readiness and resilience across the organization.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in change management and proactively apply them.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, psychology, or a related field.
4 or more years of proven experience in change management, preferably in a business transformation or organizational change context.
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Experience developing communications strategies, key messages, communication plans, and communication collateral.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential barriers to change.
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with cross-functional teams and leaders.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to contribute to the successful completion of change initiatives.
Experience in facilitating workshops or training sessions on change management topics.

Nice to Have

Master's degree preferred.
Familiarity with content development software (e.g., Articulate, video editing) is a plus.
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
