Responsibilities
- Lead technical pre-sales conversations by clearly explaining API functionality, authentication methods, system architecture, integration strategies, lab support, data handling workflows, and compliance standards.
- Act as the primary technical expert during customer interactions, resolving complex inquiries independently and involving Product or Engineering teams only when essential.
- Manage the onboarding process through initial integration, collaborating closely with client engineers to achieve first successful API usage and production deployment.
- Diagnose and resolve rare or unusual technical issues efficiently via Slack and real-time calls.
- Maintain and improve technical documentation, including guides, presentations, and materials tailored to specific customer segments.
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on recurring customer challenges and missing features to influence roadmap decisions.
