Discover and translate customer strategic priorities and problem statements into high-impact Agentic AI use cases leveraging Taktile
Lead the design and execution of proof-of-value projects combining customer data, ML/AI models, and Taktile’s platform to demonstrate strategic ROI
Build technical prototypes and demos leveraging the Taktile platform that simulate production-grade integrations and workflows
Collaborate with partners and customers to design and build solutions in Taktile's Agentic Decisioning Platform
Lead proof-of-value projects and communicate the value opportunity of full implementation and strategic roadmap to senior stakeholders up to C-level executives
Work with product management to share competitive intelligence and prospect insights gathered during the sales process
Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools to scale knowledge across the solution engineering function
Lead discovery for new use cases and implement them on the platform to assess product-solution fit
Provide feedback to the product team and share results of discovery with go-to-market functions

3+ years of hands-on experience writing production Python code
Experience navigating complex enterprise organizations with technical and business stakeholders
Customer-centric mindset with curiosity about customer businesses and challenges
Ability to plan and manage technical scope of POCs and technical evaluations
Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes prospects while partnering with Sales
Humble with a growth mindset and willingness to learn
Collaborative across Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
Proven track record supporting high-contract-value enterprise deals
Ability to handle complex technical objections and strategic positioning in enterprise sales
Open to hybrid work model with at least three days per week in London office

3-5 years of experience in Enterprise Solution/Sales Engineering in B2B SaaS or senior technical consulting
General understanding of REST APIs (design, integration, authentication)
Experience building, tuning, or deploying ML models (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow) in production settings
Experience with AI use cases in financial services (e.g. fraud detection, credit scoring, underwriting)
Ability to explain model workings to both technical stakeholders (e.g. CTO) and domain experts (e.g. Credit Risk Managers)
Domain expertise in financial services (banking, insurance, capital markets, payments, etc.)
