Requirements
- Minimum of seven years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or systems engineering roles serving enterprise clients in complex, strategic sales environments.
- History of carrying and delivering against a sales quota.
- Extensive background in IT infrastructure, with expertise ideally covering storage, data management, hybrid cloud, or data center systems.
- Demonstrated success as a technical sales partner within a strategic account framework, collaborating closely with sales teams to grow new and existing business.
- Proven track record in developing and sustaining long-term technical relationships with enterprise customer teams, architects, and IT leaders.
- Skilled at converting advanced technical features into tangible business benefits and aligning solutions with diverse stakeholder priorities.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and demo abilities, with experience engaging both technical teams and executive decision-makers.
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT environments, including data centers, virtualization, cloud platforms, and modern infrastructure design.
- Strategic and consultative approach focused on resolving complex customer challenges and advancing data infrastructure modernization.
Nice to Have
- Fluency in both English and French is highly preferred due to the Montreal-based territory and regional customer and partner interactions.
Compensation
The target on-target earnings (OTE) range is 206,550 - 267,300 CAD, combining base salary and potential commission. Final offers depend on location, qualifications, experience, and education, and may vary. Compensation is competitive and includes a comprehensive benefits package covering health and life insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, leave options, stock purchase plans, and restricted stock units (RSUs), subject to regional regulations and company policies.

The target salary range for this position is 206,550 - 267,300 CAD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
