About the Role

Juniper Square is hiring a Senior Solutions Consultant, Sales to be the technical expert for our Sales organization. In this role, you will consult with prospective customers to tackle complex business challenges and partner with Account Executives to bring net new customers onto our software and services.

What You'll Do

  • Present tailored demonstrations of our technology solutions to technical audiences, both virtually and in-person, with a focus on communicating business value.
  • Develop mastery of our software’s features to position Juniper Square as the optimal solution by answering technical questions and handling objections.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand a prospect’s systems, technology stack, data flows, and workflows.
  • Synthesize customer needs to influence our product roadmap, especially regarding breaking into new asset classes.
  • Create detailed and realistic proof of concepts which mirror prospects’ fund structures and investment performance behaviors.
  • Respond to RFPs positioning Juniper Square as the optimal solution.
  • Maintain knowledge of the software’s product roadmap to win active deals requiring future functionality.
  • Serve as the voice of Sales to provide commercial perspective in new product and service go-to-market initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree and 7-10+ years of experience in private markets investments, private markets technology or consulting, software solutions consulting, or prospect/customer-facing experience in finance or financial technology.
  • In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 12+ years of professional experience is equivalent.
  • Deep curiosity to uncover prospect problems and a strong desire to solve them through creative problem solving.
  • Low ego and a commitment to winning as a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial and private markets concepts.
  • Exceptional presentation and written communication skills.
  • Strong collaborator who enjoys working cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform well in an environment with frequent business changes on a fast-growing and evolving team.
  • Openness to traveling at least once a month for in-person meetings.

Team & Environment

The Solutions Consulting Organization is an integral component of the Sales Organization. You will report to a Director who brings 15 years of technical selling and solutions consulting experience in finance and SaaS.

  • Compensation: U.S. base salary range for this role is $145,000. Actual base salaries are based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable. This role also includes equity compensation.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid role open to candidates in 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian Provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England.
