About the Role

This position supports the sales team by providing technical expertise and solution design during the pre-sales process, translating client needs into actionable product and service offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client objectives and requirements
  • Design customized solution proposals based on client data and business goals
  • Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients
  • Translate complex data capabilities into clear business value propositions
  • Respond to client requests for proposals with accurate and compelling content
  • Act as a subject matter expert during sales cycles for high-value opportunities
  • Evaluate client environments to recommend optimal solution configurations
  • Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to clarify solution capabilities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product roadmaps and technical enhancements
  • Support pricing strategies by aligning solutions with value-based models
  • Address technical objections raised during procurement evaluations
  • Participate in proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot deployments
  • Ensure solution designs comply with implementation and integration constraints
  • Document client requirements and proposed architectures for internal use
  • Track and report on pre-sales activity metrics and engagement outcomes
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings
  • Assist in the development of reusable sales tools and demonstration scripts
  • Contribute to the refinement of solution messaging and positioning
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth handoff post-sale
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on client interactions
  • Support training for internal stakeholders on new solution features
  • Engage in strategic account planning sessions
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Travel as needed to support client meetings and events
  • Ensure compliance with company policies during client engagements
