About the Role

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding both pre-sales discovery and post-sales implementation for an agentic AI platform transforming healthcare operations. You'll collaborate closely with Account Executives to uncover client needs, define workflow scope, and build compelling value cases grounded in real-world processes.

What You'll Do

You’ll engage directly with operational teams across provider revenue cycle and payer functions, gaining a thorough understanding of how work flows in practice — including edge cases, handoffs, and exception handling. Your insights will shape accurate scoping and drive confidence in solution design.

Advise stakeholders on how autonomous automation can integrate into live environments, balancing innovation with practical execution. After the sale, you’ll support deployment teams by translating requirements into actionable plans, validating workflows, and ensuring smooth transitions from promise to production.

Collaborate with Deployment Strategists and Engineers to surface critical nuances early, reduce rework, and improve alignment across teams. You’ll also help verify agent performance by reviewing outputs and identifying gaps in real-world application.

Contribute to building scalable methodologies — refining discovery, scoping, validation, and ROI frameworks so the organization becomes faster and more precise over time.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years in consulting, implementation, or solutions roles within healthcare, enterprise software, or services
  • Deep familiarity with provider revenue cycle and/or payer operations, including prior authorization, claims processing, denials management, utilization review, and related back-office workflows
  • Proven ability to earn trust across levels — from frontline staff to leadership — and ask incisive questions that reveal core challenges
  • Strong analytical skills to map complex workflows, distinguish critical paths from exceptions, and translate them into clear implementation strategies
  • Experience supporting ROI modeling by linking operational inefficiencies to measurable business outcomes
  • Comfort operating across sales and delivery phases — shaping deals and staying involved through deployment
  • Track record of cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, and product teams without slowing momentum
  • Mindset geared toward creating structure in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up
  • Drive to take initiative and engage in hands-on work to accelerate sales cycles and ensure successful rollouts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to both provider and payer organizations
  • Background in AI, automation, or robotic process automation (RPA)
