As a Senior Solutions Consultant in Design, you will work hand-in-hand with Strategic and Enterprise Account Executives throughout North America to identify enterprise customer needs and develop customized solutions that empower design, brand, and marketing teams. Your expertise will be central in driving Canva’s adoption at scale, advising on creative process optimization, brand compliance, and self-serve design ecosystems.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with enterprise clients to uncover challenges in creative operations and workflow efficiency
- Design and present targeted demonstrations that speak directly to brand, design, and marketing decision-makers
- Provide strategic guidance on template architecture, approval pipelines, and brand governance frameworks
- Develop scalable resources such as playbooks, training materials, and solution guides to extend impact across the AMER region
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Technical Pre-Sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences from initial engagement through long-term adoption
What We’re Looking For
- Professional experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, creative operations, or enterprise onboarding
- Background in graphic design, brand management, or creative workflow design, with a clear understanding of marketing team dynamics
- Proven ability to lead workshops and deliver presentations to senior-level stakeholders and large audiences
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex opportunities under pressure
- A designer’s mindset with the capacity to apply visual storytelling in every customer interaction
