Responsibilities
- Design high-performance, scalable applications, systems, and infrastructure for large-scale software initiatives using MongoDB technology.
- Advise clients on architectural best practices and optimization techniques, clearly conveying the business benefits to key decision-makers.
- Partner with sales teams to support account growth through planning, opportunity assessment, and technical leadership in discovery, demos, proofs of concept, and system sizing.
- Stimulate new business opportunities within the assigned region via proactive technical outreach, event participation, and targeted marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, cultivate advocates, and ensure long-term satisfaction and success.
- Identify and drive improvements in product offerings and internal processes by sharing field insights with product teams and mentoring peers.
- Pursue continuous learning and development to maintain expertise in MongoDB products and evolving industry trends.
