Shape enterprise solutions with technical leadership
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you'll serve as a key technical liaison between enterprise clients, sales teams, and product development. Your role is to deeply understand customer objectives and design solutions that align with their strategic goals using Elastic technology. You'll build trusted relationships across all levels of client organizations, ensuring technical confidence and long-term success.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary technical contact for major enterprise accounts, guiding them from initial discovery through technical validation.
- Translate business challenges into technical requirements and demonstrate how Elastic solutions deliver value.
- Collaborate with sales teams to position products effectively, refine go-to-market strategies, and strengthen customer engagements.
- Enable partners through onboarding, training, and joint sales execution to expand solution reach.
- Develop technical content and presentations that clearly communicate platform benefits in sales cycles and public forums.
- Advocate for customer needs by sharing feedback with engineering and leadership to influence product direction.
- Continuously expand your expertise in both technical and sales domains through self-directed learning and company-supported development.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in technical presales or solutions engineering within enterprise environments.
- Strong ability to assess customer needs and design architectures that solve real-world problems.
- Track record of influencing technical decisions and guiding teams toward innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead both small groups and large audiences.
- Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and evolving customer landscapes.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% regionally and occasionally internationally.
