Elastic is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to act as a technical authority and trusted advisor to our sales team, customers, and partners. In this role, you will solve complex business challenges with the Elastic Stack while engaging the community and driving continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the technical point of contact for our biggest clients in the Enterprise Sector.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and articulate how Elastic solutions address their needs.
- Create and own value-based relationships at all levels within customer organizations.
- Participate in all phases of territory planning, from initial discovery to technical win.
- Develop deep product expertise to demonstrate value in sales meetings and at events.
- Advise the sales team on effective positioning of Elastic products, solutions, and services.
- Onboard, educate, and enable partners, supporting them through sales cycles.
- Create collateral and collaborate with other Elasticians to meet specific client needs.
- Be the voice of the customer to communicate needs and enhancements to engineering and leadership.
- Deepen sales and technical skills through self-driven education and professional development.
What We're Looking For
- A track record of success in a technical presales role.
- Experience working within the Enterprise sector.
- A demonstrable ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms and technologies.
- A real passion for being curious and a continuous learner.
- A history of successful customer relations where you devised architectures to meet goals or solve problems.
- An ability to influence and convince a team of an idea, technology, or architectural pattern.
- The ability to inspire groups, both large and small.
- A willingness to travel 30% within your region, with occasional international travel.
