Responsibilities
- Leverage deep technical expertise and a consultative approach to understand customer needs, gather detailed requirements, and influence key decisions that drive successful outcomes.
- Lead Professional Services engagements designed to optimize clients’ software delivery processes, aligning their strategies with industry best practices for improved efficiency and innovation.
- Provide guidance on software development best practices, advising customers on how to harness LaunchDarkly to accelerate software delivery while minimizing risk and enhancing quality.
- Foster a robust technical partnership between LaunchDarkly and its customers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maximizing value across all touchpoints.
- Identify and resolve technical obstacles that hinder value realization, enabling customers to achieve their objectives more effectively.
- Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on LaunchDarkly, continuously evolving your knowledge to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Act as a key advocate for customers, synthesizing and conveying their feedback to Product and Engineering teams, driving the development of solutions that support both customer success and company objectives.

- Pay ranges by geographic zone within the United States: Zone 1 (San Francisco/Bay Area, NYC, Boston, Seattle): $167,000 - $229,000; Zone 2 (Irvine, LA, Austin, etc.): $150,000 - $206,000; Zone 3 (All other US locations): $141,000 - $195,000
