About the Role

ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Solution Sales Executive - Operational Technology to oversee the market success of our Operational Technology (OT) solution. Built on the ServiceNow AI Platform, our OT products create a single source of truth that allows industrial processes to execute with consistent information.

What You'll Do

  • Support the strategy and solution win for specialty solution areas depending on the engagement model.
  • Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement, account use case targeting, and execution.
  • Provide input to Core Account Executives during the account planning process based on territory strategy and recommendations.
  • Ensure recommendations to territory strategy and account planning are aligned with Now Value principles.
  • Support customers to envision the value of industrial digital transformation for their control systems and associated processes, partnering with the account team, customer, and partners.
  • Interlock with Solution Consultants and Specialist OT Solution Consultants on the Capability Roadmap for feedback and agreement.
  • Coach Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, ACE, and peer specialist teams with foundational knowledge to identify opportunities and help manage the sales cycle.
  • Customize the time allocation of responsibilities to the needs of the territory and account team and celebrate successes.
  • Champion diversity and belonging to contribute to an open and inclusive environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to transform industrial operations with workflows, automation, and other digital solutions.
  • Experience influencing industrial buyers across decentralized decision-making and establishing a circle of influence.
  • 7+ years of knowledge on the return on investment of specialty solutions to lead solution wins.
  • Experience as an Account Executive, or in an alternative sales or customer service role.
  • Understanding of business sales processes, particularly in industrial environments like manufacturing, life sciences, energy and utilities, or transportation/logistics.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential.
  • Travel required: 30-50%.
