Shape strategic solutions for enterprise-scale opportunities valued at $1M+, guiding clients from ambiguous goals to clear, actionable architectures. In this remote role, you'll work across sales, delivery, and product teams to define technically credible, business-aligned proposals that stand apart in competitive landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transform client objectives into structured solution designs using tools like Figma, Miro, or Adobe, ensuring clarity and technical depth
  • Lead discovery sessions with clients to uncover core challenges and define success criteria for both business and technical outcomes
  • Develop persuasive narratives, presentations, and pricing models using Google Workspace, PowerPoint, or Canva to differentiate proposals
  • Bridge executive-level discussions on ROI and risk with engineering-level details on architecture, delivery tradeoffs, and operational impact
  • Own the end-to-end solution narrative through RFPs, oral presentations, and executive briefings
  • Deliver value-based pricing estimates covering software, cloud infrastructure, licensing, and AI components across POC, MVP, and commercial phases
  • Ensure solution integrity across application modernization, greenfield development, integration, and platform engineering
  • Support infrastructure domains including cloud architecture, DevOps, SRE, and automation frameworks
  • Integrate security principles such as IAM, governance, and secure-by-design patterns into all solution layers
  • Design cloud strategies across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including migration, optimization, and FinOps
  • Incorporate AI-driven tooling such as agent workflows, RAG systems, copilots, and licensed models into scalable offerings
  • Demonstrate practical knowledge of AI applications across operations, private AI stacks, and model-integrated systems
  • Package proven architectures, point-of-views, and design patterns into reusable assets based on market demand
  • Refine solution strategies by capturing insights from closed deals and delivery performance
  • Collaborate with sales on deal qualification, pursuit planning, and competitive positioning
  • Align with delivery leadership to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, profitable, and technically sound
  • Support sales enablement by developing templates, messaging guides, and pricing frameworks
  • Mentor junior solution engineers and contribute to technical thought leadership

Qualifications

Seven or more years in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or consulting within IT services, SaaS, or cloud environments. Experience closing or influencing large-scale services deals is essential. You should have hands-on familiarity with software delivery lifecycles, cloud migrations, and modern architecture patterns. Demonstrated ability to design solutions with AI integration—such as intelligent workflows, copilots, or RAG systems—is required. You must be able to construct flexible pricing models (T&M, fixed-fee, managed services) and communicate effectively with C-suite stakeholders and technical teams alike. Experience presenting to senior audiences and working across global time zones is expected.

Preferred Background

  • Direct experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms
  • Working knowledge of modern data and AI ecosystems including Snowflake, Databricks, vector databases, and LLM orchestration tools
  • Consulting experience in firms such as Big 4, global system integrators, or boutique consultancies
  • Industry exposure in BFSI, retail, manufacturing, or healthcare sectors

Compensation & Work Environment

This role offers a monthly salary range of $150,000–$180,000 USD. The position is remote with team members distributed across India, Europe, and the U.S., including Austin.
