Jobgether is hiring a Senior Solution Engineer to act as a technical bridge for customers across Southern Europe. In this remote role based in France, you will drive solution demonstrations, technical consultations, and proof-of-value engagements for our cybersecurity awareness platform, working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to maximize security program effectiveness.
What You'll Do
- Partner with sales teams to demonstrate the business and technical value of cybersecurity awareness solutions.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to identify customer challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
- Deliver outcome-driven demonstrations highlighting key features such as risk analytics, phishing simulations, and behavioral-driven training.
- Advise customers on technical integrations including SSO (SAML/OAuth), user provisioning, LMS content integrations (SCORM/xAPI), and API-based reporting to security dashboards.
- Support proof-of-concept evaluations, pilot implementations, and address customer security, compliance, and scalability concerns.
- Respond to RFPs and security questionnaires in collaboration with internal teams.
- Provide market feedback to Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to refine demo narratives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping organizations reduce human risk and strengthen security culture.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in presales, sales engineering, or technical consulting.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and SaaS architectures.
- Familiarity with security awareness training platforms and technical integrations.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
