About the Role

nuuenergy is hiring a Sales Lead to build and lead our sales team, develop scalable processes, and convert leads into customers who understand the value of quality. You will be responsible for scaling our local operations without losing quality, from first contact to technical handover, while working directly with the founders on an honest product.

What You'll Do

  • Build, lead, and scale the sales function with a cross-location perspective.
  • Take responsibility for the entire sales area, from first contact to technical order handover.
  • Lead a small team of sales managers and craftspeople who close sales on-site with customers.
  • Perform sales yourself, leading from the front, and coach the team.
  • Develop scalable playbooks and set measurable standards.
  • Work with clear KPIs and build up CRM logic and dashboards independently.
  • Use data to optimize conversion bottlenecks, regional potential, and team performance.
  • Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for local operations.
  • Test, measure, and scale strategies with hands-on execution speed.
  • Lead craftspeople in a way that allows them to work proudly, safely, and profitably.
  • Build a transparent, precise reporting system for real-time visibility of pipeline, revenue, and quality.

What We're Looking For

  • C2 German language proficiency.
  • Prior startup experience.
  • Experience in building or leading a B2C or B2B2C sales team.
  • Strength in systematic sales - CRM, reporting, KPIs.
  • Ability to create sales culture and structure simultaneously.
  • Data-driven thinking, working with numbers, funnels, and forecasts.
  • Experience in or enthusiasm for working on an equal footing with a blue-collar/craftspeople environment.
  • Hands-on, clear, fast, and honest approach.
