About the Role

The specialist will provide administrative and operational assistance to the sales department, ensuring efficient processes and timely follow-ups with prospects and clients.

  • Update product and pricing information for sales use
  • Troubleshoot basic client issues before escalation
  • Maintain records of client interactions and feedback
  • Help draft email templates and outreach sequences
  • Track contract statuses and renewal dates
