Flexera is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to partner with our sales team, identify key customer business challenges, and demonstrate how our solutions can solve them. You will lead the technical strategy for Proof of Values and ensure smooth transitions to our Customer Success organization.

What You'll Do

Partner with sales representatives, solution engineers, architects, and other Revenue team members to drive revenue across Enterprise opportunities.
Participate and lead discovery calls to uncover customer problems.
Produce and deliver customer demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof of concept activities.
Contribute to RFI/RFP & security questionnaire responses.
Provide field insight back to product management and engineering.
Contribute to best practices for POC processes, sales to CSM handoffs, and customer success roadmaps.

What We're Looking For

A pre-sales, customer success, and/or consulting background.
Experience working for a software vendor, partner, or software division of a large multinational IT company.
Experience with a value-based or insights-driven sales approach.
Domain expertise in one or more of: Data normalization for IT Asset Management, Software license optimization, Application lifecycle management, FinOps, Cloud Cost, Cloud Optimization, or Cloud Management.

Team & Environment

This role is part of the EMEA Pre-Sales organisation, partnering directly with Field Sales.

Work Mode

This is a remote position open to candidates located within the EMEA region.
