Tealium is looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our Salesforce CRM and CPQ platform. You will be responsible for identifying issues, defining business requirements, and performing configuration to optimize system performance while partnering with business leaders on strategic analyses.
What You'll Do
- Create and manage standard and custom objects, fields, formulas, and page layouts
- Manage users, roles and hierarchies, and security settings
- Develop and maintain approvals, validation rules, workflow rules, flows, and processes
- Complete bulk imports and exports of data
- Document project requirements
- Manage and maintain third-party apps
- Maintain data integrity through data cleansing and deduplication
- Support day-to-day operations
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of Salesforce.com administration experience and/or Salesforce certification
- Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort with data and metrics
- Understanding of relational database concepts and data management
- Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 4-year college degree or combination of education and experience
Nice to Have
- CPQ experience strongly preferred
