Mercy is looking for a Patient Service Agent to provide vital scheduling and communication support to our patients. In this remote role, you will be a key point of contact, delivering excellent customer service through exceptional telephone etiquette.
What You'll Do
- Schedule patient appointments
- Take patient messages
- Give general information regarding visit instructions and expectations
- Deliver excellent customer service using exceptional telephone etiquette
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Customer Service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Data Entry experience
Nice to Have
- Professional, courteous, and compassionate attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- Typing speed of 60 wpm
