About the Role

Mercy is looking for a Patient Service Agent to provide vital scheduling and communication support to our patients. In this remote role, you will be a key point of contact, delivering excellent customer service through exceptional telephone etiquette.

What You'll Do

  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Take patient messages
  • Give general information regarding visit instructions and expectations
  • Deliver excellent customer service using exceptional telephone etiquette

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Customer Service experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Data Entry experience

Nice to Have

  • Professional, courteous, and compassionate attitude
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Typing speed of 60 wpm
