You will play a key role in advancing identity security initiatives by working closely with sales teams, partners, and customers across Taiwan. Your focus will be on understanding customer challenges and aligning technical solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will lead technical discussions, present platform capabilities, and demonstrate how identity security addresses real-world business concerns. You'll collaborate with Account Executives to guide opportunities through the sales cycle, ensuring technical accuracy and executive alignment.
- Translate customer requirements into effective identity security solutions
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and platform walkthroughs
- Engage technical and business stakeholders to build consensus around solution design
- Prepare and lead responses to RFx inquiries by mastering submission processes and tools
- Present technical findings and platform value to internal leadership within the first 90 days
- Collaborate with Product teams to influence roadmap direction based on field experience
- Develop narratives that emphasize business outcomes and measurable impact
- Contribute to thought leadership through customer success stories, blogs, and internal knowledge sharing
- Support onboarding and development of new team members through coaching and mentorship
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in pre-sales technical roles within enterprise software environments
- At least 3 years focused on Identity Governance and Access Management solutions
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with core infrastructure components such as directories, databases, virtualization, and application servers
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Java, XML, LDAP, and SQL
- Experience with public cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
