Salesforce is hiring a Senior Solution Consultant to act as a strategic partner for our clients and internal practice. You will guide customers and colleagues through the deployment of emerging technologies that drive significant business value, while managing complex projects, expectations, and risks.

What You'll Do

Serve as a trusted advisor to the client, building strategic relationships.
Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice.
Contribute actively to the community's overall knowledge base and expertise.
Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value.
Communicate complex concepts effectively and think creatively across various levels of a client organization.
Identify and proactively manage risk areas, committing to seeing issues through to complete resolution.
Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex problems with customers and third-party partners.
Review and correct project direction and key artifacts to keep programs on track with extendable, maintainable solutions.
Drive a program vision while advising and articulating project strategies for enabling technologies, including the Salesforce platform.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related field.
Special Skill Requirements: Agile; JIRA; Power BI; Azure DevOps; Iterative Waterfall; Functional & Business Requirements; Testing, Maintenance, and Conversion; Project Management; APIs; and Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
